We understand that you want a candidate that can hit the ground running in their position and not have to train them on your industry. We are staffing associates, not sales people.
What happens after we place a candidate?
After a candidate is placed with your company our job does not end there. We check in periodically with you and with the candidate to ensure everything is running smoothly. These quality control checks are essential to ensuring both you and the candidate are happy in the position for the long term.
